Grand Tetons trip
Join Outsiders, Together for a weekend at Pine Basin Lodge in Idaho, 45 minutes from the iconic Jackson Hole, WY and an hour from all the hikes Grand Teton National Park has to offer.
July 15 - 17
It’s like summer camp, for adults.
Join 60 (yes, 60!!) other Outsiders on a trip to Grand Teton National Park! We will be staying at a lodge an hour from the park, where we have 25 single lodge beds and 30 camping spots available. There are 20 acres of beautiful land surrounding the property, which is actually on Forest Service land (tent camping is recommended, but car camping, vans, and RVs are welcome—no hookups available). Drive to the area or find someone to carpool you in from a nearby airport.
We will all arrive Friday midday (check in is 3pm) and need to check out of the lodge Sunday at noon. You are more than welcome to come to the area early or stay later to explore further—but no lodging will be provided outside of July 15 - 17. I’m sure there will be several others who will be traveling to the area and wanting to stay longer to explore all the Tetons has to offer. There are plenty of campgrounds and free BLM/Forest Service land nearby, and hostels and other lodging in Jackson Hole!
There is no set itinerary for the trip, simply come and get ready for a wild weekend of adventures with new friends. Grand Teton National Park and the surrounding area has numerous hikes to explore, and the town of Jackson Hole offers a small town escape perfect for coffee runs and wandering local shops.
Come prepared with your own food, water, gear, etc. as everyone will be cooking/buying their own.
